研修医
「研修医」の英語
「研修医」は英語で resident と言います。初期研修医なら medical intern、研修医を広く指す場合や正式な表現では resident physician も使えます。interne は古風な表現で、現代英語では通常 resident や medical intern を使います。

intern doctor は一般的な英語表現ではないため、初期研修医は medical intern と言います。
