「合意による債務消滅」の英語

「合意による債務消滅」は英語で accord and satisfaction と言います。契約や訴訟の和解などで、合意した内容の履行によって請求や債務を終わらせる法律用語です。日常会話ではほとんど使わず、法律文書で用います。

合意と弁済によって請求や債務が消滅する法的仕組み

accord and satisfactionは、フランス語系のaccord（合意）とsatisfaction（履行）が結合して法用語化し、合意に基づく履行で請求権が消滅する手続きや概念を指す。
