「基本形」の英語

「基本形」は英語で base form と言います。語の意味の核や派生語のもとを指す場合は root word、辞書の見出し語という意味では lemma が使われます。

base form
動詞などが活用していない形を指す、文法で最も一般的な表現です。

その動詞を基本形で書いてください。

派生語のもとになる、語の意味の核となる語を指します。

lemma
辞書や言語学で、活用形を代表する見出し語を指す専門用語です。
