「不随意性」の英語
「不随意性」は英語で involuntariness と言います。医学・研究では使えますが、症状や動きを説明するなら involuntary movement（不随意運動）のほうが一般的です。

症状としては抽象名詞より、具体的な動きを表す表現が自然です。

動作を修飾する場合は名詞ではなく副詞を使います。
