多性の
「多性の」の英語
「多性の」は英語で polyoicous と言います。コケ植物などについて、同一個体に複数の生殖形態が共存することを表す、非常に専門的でまれな形容詞です。日常会話では使いません。

語源
polyoicousは、接頭辞poly（多い）と、monoeciousなどに見られる-oecious（家・所在を表す語幹）を組み合わせて造られ、複数の性形態を持つことを示すために用いられる語。
