THE WORK
The work
The work spans client development, backend development, and improving our conversation features. We'll decide on your area together, based on your experience and what you want to work on.

Build app features and how they feel
Develop features such as vocabulary practice, battles, and progress tracking in Unity / C#. Usability, animations, and performance are all part of the job.

Develop and run the servers
Implement APIs and data processing in Go. Support features like battles and leagues, investigate bugs, improve performance, and keep the service running smoothly.

Improve the conversation experience
Improve conversations, audio, corrections, and feedback in MotiSpi. Check response speed, how natural the conversation feels, and whether it actually helps learners.

Improve based on real usage
Use feedback from learners and learning-behavior data to find what to fix next. The job doesn't end at release — we follow how changes perform after launch.

Experience you can build on
- Building apps, games, or web services
- Tracking down the cause of bugs and fixing or improving things

Your work includes checking how your code behaves and what it affects, and confirming quality through testing and review. What to improve is decided together with designers and the growth team.
We're a small team, so you'll also talk and coordinate beyond your own area. We want to bring our expertise together and agree on priorities and roles as we go.
