THE WORK
The work
The core of the role is app UI / UX. There are also chances to work on characters, animations, ads, and store designs. Tell us what you're best at, and we'll decide on your area together.

Design the learning flow and screens
Design how learners are guided into a lesson, the screens where they answer questions, and how results are shown. Think through information priority, readability, and how everything works on a small screen.

Make progress feel rewarding
Design the reactions to a correct answer and the moments when a goal is reached. Check that they are both fun and clear, and work out the implementation with engineers.

Grow the characters and the world
Design MotiTown's characters, outfits, and seasonal looks. Respect the existing shapes and atmosphere while turning them into new experiences.

Show what makes the apps great
Create store images, ads, and web pages. Work with the growth team on presentations that make sense even to people who have never seen the apps.

You'll work with engineers from clarifying a screen's purpose through prototyping, implementation, and improvement. You'll polish the details while checking that things feel true to the characters, look finished, and are easy to use.
We're a small team, so you'll also talk and coordinate beyond your own area. We want to bring our expertise together and agree on priorities and roles as we go.
