It's under warranty.
When to use it
States an item is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Used when a product fails within the warranty period but accidental damage may be excluded.
Example dialogue
Se me cayó el móvil, ¿lo cubre la garantía?
I dropped my phone; does the warranty cover it?
Está en garantía, pero si fue por golpe puede que no lo cubra.
It's under warranty, but if it was caused by an impact the warranty might not cover it.
