Astran Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the Motitan Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") as set forth below with respect to the handling of information, including personal information, concerning customers who use "Motitan" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by the Company (such customers hereinafter referred to as "the User"; such information hereinafter referred to as "User Information").
1. User Information Collected, Methods of Collection, and Purposes of Use
In this Policy, "User Information" means personal information, information relating to the identification of the User, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to the User or the User's device, which the Company collects pursuant to this Policy.
The Company uses the User Information described in each of the following items within the scope of the respective purposes of use set forth below (with respect to User Information that does not by itself constitute personal information, this includes not only User Information obtained directly from the User but also User Information obtained through provision by third parties such as advertising businesses).

2. Supplementary Matters Concerning the Provision of User Information to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries
Where, for purposes such as advertising distribution relating to this App, the Company uses services provided by advertising businesses located in foreign countries, the User's User Information (information necessary for advertising distribution, measurement of advertising effectiveness, and optimization of advertising) will be handled under the systems of the countries and regions in which such advertising businesses are located. Where account linking via a Google account or an Apple account is used, Astran Inc. (2-7-4 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "the Company") uses the user identifier, email address, name or display name, and similar information obtained from the external authentication service for the purposes of login authentication, user identification, storing, transferring and restoring learning data, streaks, characters, items, purchase information and the like, preventing unauthorized use, and managing and linking accounts that can be used in common across the apps and services provided by the Company.

3. Method of Suspending Use, etc.
If the User wishes to request the suspension of the collection of User Information by this App, please uninstall this App. In addition, if the User clicks the "Delete Account" button, the Company will cease the use of User Information relating to the User of that account. Please note that, because the collection or use of certain items of User Information is a prerequisite for this service, the Company will cease such collection or use only in the event that the account is deleted.
4. Method of Obtaining Consent
Consent is obtained by means of the method of consenting to this Policy.
5. Procedure for Amending the Privacy Policy
The Company will amend this Policy as necessary. However, in the event of an amendment to this Policy that requires the User's consent under applicable laws and regulations, the amended Policy shall apply only to those Users who have consented to the amendment by the method prescribed by the Company. When the Company amends this Policy, it will announce the effective date and content of the amended Policy by posting it on the Company's website or by other appropriate means, or will notify the User thereof.
